The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arraigned the Managing Director of Sapphire Scents Limited, Adewale Aladejana, also known as Wale Jana.   Wale Jana was arraigned before Justice M. A Madugu of the Federal High Court sitting in Bwari, Abuja, for obtaining money under false pretense to the tune of N12,000,000 (Twelve Million Naira only).   He was arraigned on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, on three-count charges bordering on misappropriation and obtaining under false pretense.   He allegedly collected the sum of N12 million from potential investors in his company, with a promise of turnover in six months, without offering any profit or returning the invested funds to his investors.   Last year, several investors and distributors called him out for not giving them the returns on their investments and some also accused him of withholding their capital.

Dammy Krane reports to police that Davido allegedly sent his boys to attack him Dammy Krane has accused Davido of sending boys to beat him up.   The singer has been accusing his colleague Davido of owing him money from a project they did together, and he asked Davido to pay back.   Dammy returned to Twitter today, October 7, to tell Police PRO Benjamin Hundeyin that his life is being threatened by Davido.   He claimed he has  a video of Davido's boy, AB Kush, trying to force his car door open to attack him.   She shared a screenshot to back his claims.   He then added that the attempted attack was caught on security surveillance camera.

Africa Nigerian singer and football agent, Anthony Idise aka Tfame, has been hospitalized after he was allegedly att@cked by his besties in Gauteng, South Africa.  It was gathered that the 32-year-old was att@cked by two of friends and four others on Friday, October 7.  They were said to have st@bbed him repeatedly and made away with his phones, cash and other valuables.  According to Tfame, “I was set up by my so called friends; Uyisky, Madagascar aka PM and four others. A man has been docked for duping an accountant while promising to link him to a native doctor who will make him successful.  (Read More Here).   Kefas Brandford swindled the accountant, Suleiman Ibrahim, of a total of N277,000 in several installments over a period of time before Suleman realised he was being duped.   Suleiman Ibrahim, who is an accountant with the Yobe State Ministry of Finance, wanted to gain easy promotion in his place of work and become wealthy.   Brandford, from Ganye Local Government Area of Adamawa State, then promised to link Suleiman Ibrahim with a native doctor based in Ganye.   Eager for success, Ibrahim kept paying money into Brandford’s bank account to buy chickens, rams and other items for sacrifices.   Suleiman Ibrahim, who had never met Brandford physically, travelled to Adamawa State in August this year and asked Brandford on phone to take him to the native doctor because he could not see any positive change in his life.   Brandford then tol
